European Environment Agency's (EEA) annual Transport and Environment Reporting Mechanism (TERM) report aims to provide policymakers, as well as a broader audience, a clear overview of current transport demand, the pressures from the transport sector on the environment, and related impacts and responses. The report uses latest available data in order to assess key trendsand overall progress towards policy targets. This overview is provided in the form of a series of twelve indicators known as the 'TERM Core Set of Indicators' or TERM-CSI.
