The clients commissioned Ernst Basler + Partner AG (EBP) to carry out an ex-post analysis of the spatial and traffic-related effects of the LBT. The main focus was on the effects in relation to passenger traffic. The analysis was carried out according to TRIPOD, a standardised integral investigative approach of the ARE.
