CIPRA actively involved in the transfer of know-how

Several events have been scheduled as part of the cc.alps project in 2010. At a workshop entitled "Building with a Future" to be held in Bolzano/I on 22 and 23 April following a field trip, participants from towns and municipalities are to exchange views on energy-efficient construction. On 25 and 26 March a workshop on carbon-neutral communities in the Alps is being held in Romeno/I in the Italian province of Trento. Participants will discuss the effectiveness of climate response measures and consider ways of evaluating these measures. More information is available from: [email protected].
On 4 and 5 May 2010 CIPRA will be taking part in an experts' workshop in Interlaken/CH on "Coping with Climate Change - Transnational Action in the Alps". The focus will be on alpine-wide, transnational measures in the Alpine region aimed at coping with climate change. Participation is by invitation only.
