ShepForBio (Shepherds for Biodiversity in Mountain marginal Areas​) is a LIFE project running from 2022 to 2027. It strives to improve the conservation status of grassland habitats through the development of pastoral activities in marginal mountain areas. Plus, it promotes pastoralism as a biodiversity conservation tool at Regional, National and European levels by encouraging the creation of a European shepherd schools' network and coordinating other initiatives.
