As part of the DYNALP project an attractive plot of building land within the community is to be put to the most sensible use.

Aims

The project aims to respond to society's new challenges by offering homes for single persons, the elderly and starter homes for young people, acting as an exemplary model for space-saving construction based on ecological principles.

Realization

The first step is to stipulate the political framework and compile a questionnaire to survey demand within the population using a project group. Once the questionnaire has been evaluated an architect's competition with valuation criteria is to be drawn up.

Impact

An attractive building project is to be created that meets the needs of the population in general and of home-seeking individuals in particular and complies with the latest ecological criteria. At the same time the population's acceptance is to be ensured by involving as many people as possible. The completed project is to be handed over to a property developer for construction subject to the stipulated terms and conditions. (building costs: approx. €2,250,000.00)
