A landscape framework plan establishes the connection between actions and space, and supports the towns in their implementation.
The framework agreement was drafted by including all the people and institutions (towns, stakeholders, authorities, NGOs, etc.) important for the implementation.
In the long-term, sustainable implementation facilities must be established, with approprite funds, organisation and controls (possibly through Leader++).
