The network supports the implementation of the “Green Agenda” for the Western Balkans along the lines of the EU's Green Deal at regional and local level. It involves a broad spectrum of stakeholders and promotes exchange and discussion between civil society organisations and government agencies. CIPRA contributes its experience from similar processes in the Alps, such as the Alpine Partnership for Local Climate Action (ALPACA) or the Alpine Climate Board. The network will be set up by the beginning of 2024.
