On October 4 the European Transport Initiative ITE is once again co-ordinating a European-wide day of protest action against transit traffic in mountain regions.
For the Alps, Pyrenees and the Vosges in particular ITE is calling on people to organise protest measures on the theme of "Truck Transit through Europe - Polluted Valleys: Our Health is at Risk".
