Vprašanje 2: Socialna kompetenca

Kaj pripravi ljudi do tega, da ne glede na gospodarske in ekološke možnosti ostanejo na območju Alp oz. se tja preselijo? Kako je mogoče krepiti socialno kompetenco posameznika in skupnosti?

Oberstaufen_240PKo se ljudje odločajo, ali bodo ostali na območju Alp oz. se tja preselili, imajo poleg gospodarskih in okoljskih vidikov pomembno vlogo tudi socialni dejavniki. Urejena skupnost, v kateri delujejo sistem zdravstvenega varstva ter varstva starejših in otrok, izobraževalne ustanove, kulturne prireditve itd., ljudem omogoča, da sami in skupaj z drugimi razvijajo svoje sposobnosti. To prispeva k temu, da se ljudje v določenem kraju počutijo „doma“.

Kako lahko posamezniki in skupnosti ohranijo ali celo izboljšajo svojo socialno kompetenco na mestnih in podeželskih območjih? Kakšno vlogo ima pri tem regionalna identiteta?

Projekt "Prihodnost v Alpah" se bo v 2. vprašanju osredotočil na zbiranje in širjenje znanja in primerov dobre prakse s področja teh vprašanj. Na podlagi zbranega znanja bodo izoblikovana priporočila, ki se bodo lahko upoštevala v poglavju Alpske konvencije o prebivalstvu in kulturi.

Te naloge je obravnavala skupina strokovnjakov. Rezultati so analitično poročilo ter baze podatkov o primerih dobre in najboljše prakse in najpomembnejših publikacijah. Omenjeni rezultati so kot „neobdelan material“ za posredovanje znanja na voljo le v angleškem jeziku. Za vsebino rezultatov so odgovorni eksperti.
