Experience and live sustainable mobility across the Alps

The Permanent Secretariat of the Alpine Convention organizes the fifth edition of SuperAlp!. Crossing the Alps by using sustainable means of transport (train, bus, cableway without forgetting the most eco-friendly and natural way, walking) the 2011 edition lets participants discover the conditions of alpine glaciers, one of the most evident indicators of the effects of climate change. It also intends to make this crossing an occasion to communicate the Alpine Convention and its Protocols as tools for the sustainable development of the Alpine region, easily transferable also to other mountain regions of the world.
