4th International Symposion for Research in Protected Areas

The Hohe Tauern National Park organises this event in close cooperation with ALPARC, ISCAR and IGF .

The scientific board of the symposion is especially planning thematic sessions on the following topics of specific interest:

* History of protected areas in the context of nature conservation
* Longterm Monitoring Activites in protected areas
* Climate change and landscape change: is there evidence?
* Transdisiplinary scientific projects in protected areas
