:
Initiative for the encouragement of sustainable mobility in Tyrol´s municipalities. The project was started in 10 Tyrolean communities, where mobility service centers were established in the municipal offices. It has shown that information is the central point in public transport alongside the expansion of service. The projects' emphasis lies on the subject "cycling".

The main objective is to inform the citizens about public transport best possible and efficiently. Citizens should also be persuaded to leave their car at home and switch to public transport. At the same time the use of bicycles is also being promoted.

Service centers give information about public transport in the region. The information is clearly communicated on scedules and at the service centers. Furthermore workshops about traffic and bicycles were organized.

Service centers were established in 10 communities in the first run. Today the project counts 22 partner-municipalities. Bus scedules were developed for each community and free tickets to test the service were handed out.
