This climate response measure was researched by the project team as part of the cc.alps project in 2009.

The project is supporting companies and other organizations to deal with office work in their strive to reduce the environmental impact. It consists of five programmes: club, advicing, education, catalog of environmentally friendly products and services, certificates.

Aims are the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, increasing energy efficiency, reducing the use of natural ressources and the amount of waste, increasing the share of local made products on the market, development of environmental communication in collaborating organizations and outwards. Long term aim is to build with sustainable principles, with strategic planning, to achieve a change in business activities toward the environment and recognize business opportunities which result from environmental care.
- preparing description of an impact management system for the management of environmental impacts in the surrounding of offices - preparing the methodology and tools for implementing Modri koraki ('Clever steps')in organizations (questionaires, instructions, samples of documents...) - realization of 7 pilot projects on the introduction of the enviromental impact management system in partner organizations - set up web page of the project (including actual expert information, forum, presentation of best practises) - plan and first phase of data collection for on line catalog of environmental friendly products and services - promotion of the ennvironmental impact managing system RITUALI (press conference, announcements in media, presentations at events) - invitations to membership and realization of first meeting of Club RITUALI Eko pisarn
Companies are contributing to reduce their use of material and by doing so also contribute to the reduction of emissions. By reducing their use in material they will also have an economic benefit.
