The start of concrete measures in order to reduce CO2 rates in the atmosphere through the use of agro-forest biomass rather than fossil fuels.
The Mountain Community finances the installations of thermal systems fed by biomass. They could finance both the substitutions of old heat systems and the realizations of new installations (max 50% of total costs and not more than 20.000 Euro). Farms and forest consortiums are privileged.
Through this measure 7 farms have been already financed in the region by a total amount of 90.000 Euro. In the program there's a new notice of competition to involve, in addition to farms, also concerns of first wood transformation, forest consortiums and woods owners.
