Inficon introduced a company mobility system that wants the workers to come to work by train, bus, bike or as pedestrians. Multiple measures like parking charges, better bus connections and financial benefits for non-car users have been installed.

The project wants the workers to come to work by train, bus, bike or by foot and not by private car.

- parking charges - better bus connections - financial benefits for non-car users - mobility club for non-car users - car pooling - car sharing

The percentage of workers that come by car to work was reduced from 65% to 45-50%, CO2 emissions were reduced by one third approx. Better worker's health and less sickness time
