The main objective is to supply the region with renewable energy only (long term aim = 100%). A basis to make use of regional resources and labour shall be created within this project. Further important aims of the project are to strenghten the cultural identity and to raise awareness about energy and ecology.
1) Evaluation of acceptance and degree of information about renewable energy in the region. 2)The potential for renewable energy of the region is evaluated (wind, water, solar, biomass...)
