Abstract
The project defines relevant indicators of transport, traffic, land use and relevant externalities for transport/land-use planning. The relationship between these indicators is analysed in view of deriving a better policies' impact understanding. Based on the indicators and their relationship an operational framework is provided for evaluating and effectively planning local policies (a database structure, guedelines for survey, reference scenarios and analytical methods for exploitation).
