The second centre, in this initial phase, aims to create a tourist network through the creation of a virtual guide. The theoretic base of the project, described in the article, is that research and technology tranfers are fundamental for the sustainable development of mounatin regions. The project described in this article has a positive impact not only on nature and environment, but also on local communities and cultures.
