Abstract: The handbook deals with environmental economy and its specific paradigms. The volume is useful to give an assessment to the costs that the evolution of economic systems has produced on the environment, individuating the instruments of micro-economy and books keeping of renewable and not renewable natural resources. These theoretical and methodological contents offer a valid base to analyse regional value added. In particular, it is useful the instrument for the accounting of the value of environmental resources because it allows to introduce even those goods and services produced by natural factors in the budget of sustainability. The methodology contained in the volume is transferable.
