- Very good manual focusing on dialogical methodology and methods. "Good practice" examples show how to plan and implement dialogical processes in different situations. Highlights the complex relations between different actors and actor groups from state, economy and civil society participating in a "dialogue territorial". Shows possibilities how to foresee and overcome difficulties during a negotitation process and how to establish and implement binding rules and procedures.
