- Abstract
- The research project analysed the mechanisms, structures and problems of negotiating environmental conflicts. Economic, legal and psychological or negotiation-theoretical approaches were used to set the theoretical-conceptual basis for the discussion of the so-called "case-types" in the policy fields of spatial planning, environment, tourism, use of hydropower and nature protection (new national park).
