Abstract

The following mobility problems must be solved: urban sprawl and function separation as well the separation of transport. Transport policy must be changed into an approach to regional development. More participation has to be included in transport planning. The study describes how a regional transport management can look like. The following measures can be implemented: mobility center, mobility advisor, mobility co-ordinator
