Objectives
Creation of an umbrella association of several alpine diary cooperatives. Production of a product range of cheeses and marketing with an own branding. Safeguarding of jobs and conservation of the cultural landscape by sustainable use.
Activities
Regional, national, direct and webshop marketing. Cooperation with the regional gastronomy and distribution of the cheese by the enterprise Emmi Austria.

Implementation of an umbrella association, cooperation with gastronomy and the diary enterprise Emmi Austria
Results
Creation of an own branding and a webshop. 10 % more proceeds for milk. Contents and elements: Proximity by regional and direct marketing. Production of high quality products and an own branding.
