- Short description
- To encourage the use of bicycles in the Grand Lyon agglomeration, the Communauté urbaine has set up a public-private partnership with the firm JC Decaux. To this day 173 free-service bicycle stations, totaling about 2000 bicycles have been distributed in the agglomeration. The service is almost free, garanteeing it's success. After only 5 months, the service counts 24 000 subscribers (18 000 year subscriptions, 5 000 week subscriptions). It is already perceived that new cyclists use this system.
