- Activities
- see above
- Process
- There is no information available.
- Results
- Success factor is socialising and building a network of all participating players, which enables the co-ordination of logistics in Bernese Oberland. The co-operation with the Swiss federal railways (SBB) is also very decisive for the luggage transport.
- Evaluation
- The project has been evaluated four times since the beginning (see publications).
- Difficulties
- Organisational difficulties due to the great number of different players involved. The project therefore focuses on a pragmatic co-operation instead of a unique organisation.
- Budget
- ca. EUR 310'000 (Euro)
