Short description

Canoeing land Switzerland consists of national canoeing routes on rivers and lakes in Switzerland. Canoeing land Switzerland composes together with Bicycling land, Skating land and Hiking land one of the four HPM (Human Power Mobilit) projects for the promotion of exercise and sport. The four HPM projects are signalled on uniform principles and communicated through the internet and prints in partnership with the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) and Switzerland Tourism.

Project executive

The foundation "Veloland Schweiz" was established 1995 as a non-profit organisation. In line with a "Public Private Partnership", the aim of the foundation is the development of sustainable leisure and tourism offerings in the field of "Human Powered Mobility", especially sports and public transport.
